Terms of Service

Overview

These terms govern your use of the Calibra AI website (calibraai.com) and any services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Calibra AI provides managed AI-powered marketing services. We build, run, and maintain automated marketing systems on our infrastructure and deliver finished assets to you. You provide inputs (recordings, brand guidelines, access to analytics); we handle everything else.

Service delivery

• Deliverables are provided according to the scope agreed during onboarding.
• Standard turnaround is 48-72 hours unless otherwise agreed.
• You review all deliverables before publishing. We are not responsible for content published without review.
• We will make reasonable revisions based on your feedback at no additional cost.

Pricing and payment

• Pricing is as quoted at the time of engagement. Pilot pricing is locked for 6 months from the start of your engagement.
• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing for new engagements with 30 days' notice.

Ownership

• Your content: All deliverables we produce for you are yours. You own the final output — blog posts, reports, social content, lead lists, and any other assets delivered.
• Our systems: The underlying systems, prompts, pipelines, and processes we use to produce deliverables remain our intellectual property. You are paying for the output, not the tooling.

Confidentiality

We treat all client data, brand materials, and business information as confidential. We will not share your information with other clients or third parties without your consent. Aggregated, anonymised insights may be used to improve our services across all clients.

Cancellation

• Either party can cancel a monthly service with 14 days' written notice.
• Per-project services (e.g. Content Repurposing, Lead Magnet) are non-refundable once work has begun.
• Upon cancellation, we deliver any work in progress and delete your data within 90 days unless you request otherwise.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is." While we strive for high-quality output, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g. traffic increases, lead conversions). Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
